Voice in the Wilderness: heard
So I'm minding my own business, working hard, playing sports, studying for an exam, putting off working on this poor blog, when *WHAM* - blogging heavy, Timmy (Voice in the Wilderness), links to me. Too bad I haven't set up Site Meter yet - it would have been amusing to see the sudden, severe uptick in traffic today.
So now I'm feeling a bit of pressure to get started. It still won't happen until late May (most likely), but I still fully intend to give blogging a try. If, at that time, you're still looking for another procrastination outlet, please feel welcome to come back for a visit!

anyhow, you should do a audiopost and say only "transfer". i still haven't heard you say it. i've been told that you're really good.

I'm still pretty busy at work though, plus I need a bit of time to figure this whole "blog thing" out (not to mention get some thoughts organized so I don't get writer's block in week 1!).
I like your site - not only will it be interesting because of your amazing trip, but I like that you also offer pointers about blogging e.g. making columns wider, posting pictures, etc. I'm a total rookie so I'll be stealing as much info from you as I can.

I was just kidding around with David when I mentioned that you had 'exposed my secret' about having just decided to not write the May exam; actually, next week I will be starting on the next one (so I'll still be busy studying & working)! I figured that I'd better start early this time as it's a huge (and difficult) exam.
Look at that! A third post and you've already got a lively chat going in your comments.

ideas!?! you say writer's block, i hear blah blah blah lazy!
sometimes i have a hard enough time with my blog as well though, so i do get what you mean. i think it would help if i knew what your blog was about, ie, some sort of topic. is it about you, your opinions, politics, sports, procastination? perhaps if you were set on the blog's purpose, it might give you ideas as to where to start.
i find that it's easier to just write something everyday, even if really short, rather than pondering on that next big post. just get out there, even if it's not perfect, at last you'll be getting into the habbit of posting regularly.
i check your site just about everyday. gimme something else to read than these comments! hehe
